Information I Collect
I collect information you provide directly (such as your name, email address, organization, and message) when you submit a contact form or schedule a call. I do not collect information automatically through tracking scripts beyond basic analytics.
How I Use Your Information
Information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you've engaged me for. I do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Client feedback surveys
When you submit a private client feedback form (the links I send after or during an engagement), your responses are transmitted securely to systems I control. They are stored in Google Workspace (for example, a spreadsheet) and used only to improve my work, honor any permissions you give about testimonials or case studies, and follow up when you ask me to. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
