IN / OUT / NEAR

After you click a provisioned boundary feature or Apply a drawn fence, the map classifies each report marker:

Group	Meaning
IN	Inside the polygon
OUTSIDE	Outside the polygon
NEAR	Outside but within a configurable distance (e.g. miles)

The status bar shows counts for each group. Send to Flow passes the corresponding ID lists.

Draw fence (free)

Without an API key, use Draw fence on OpenStreetMap to define any polygon—same classification and Flow handoff.

Click layer (paid)

With a provisioned service, click features on the hosted map for point-in-polygon classification over your markers.
