Troubleshooting

If you have not completed the Quick Start yet, work through Quick Start steps 1–7 before the checks below.

No markers appear

• Confirm the report returns rows with valid latitude/longitude (or geocodable addresses)—Quick Start §2, §5
• Check column mapping in reportMapConfig or JSON—Quick Start §5–§6
• Remember the ~2,000 row limit per refresh—Requirements

Hosted map blank or CSP errors

• Complete free-mode Quick Start first, then add overlay—GIS API Salesforce setup — Step 7
• Add the map host to CSP Trusted Sites (frame-src)—approved during Quick Start §1 third-party access, or Hosted map
• Verify Named Credential and API key on Three_Levers_GIS_Setting__c—GIS API Salesforce setup
• Confirm your service name is one of the values provisioned on your API key

Send to Flow does nothing

• Flow must be active—Quick Start §3
• Flow must accept Text variables inIds, outIds, nearIds—Flow integration
• Match flowApiName in component configuration—Quick Start §5–§6
• User needs permission to run the Flow
• Page must be activated—Quick Start §7

Wrong boundary selected

• Verify service spelling matches the name Three Levers registered
• Example names in docs (e.g. KCDistricts) are illustrative—use your provisioned name for this page’s layer (your key may include others)
