Using the map

Complete Quick Start §5–§7 first so the component is on an activated Lightning page with a working report and Flow.

Free mode (OpenStreetMap)

• Pan and zoom the map
• Draw fence → sketch a polygon → Apply → review IN / OUTSIDE / NEAR counts
• Send to Flow when ready

These steps match the smoke test at the end of Quick Start §7.

Hosted map (GIS API)

• Full-screen / expand modal when configured
• Click a boundary feature on your provisioned layer
• Same IN / OUTSIDE / NEAR and Send to Flow workflow

Requires API key setup and Map Overlay fields—add after free Quick Start per GIS API Salesforce setup — Step 7.

Limits

• ~2,000 report rows per refresh (Requirements)
• Hosted layers depend on the service name configured for that page (your API key may include multiple services)
